From the API Product App Registers page, Portal Manager lists the requests to which API Product the account/developer has subscribed to, with which plan & monetization, and the action status of these requests can be changed.
If the status of the API Product is not Public, the subscriber request must be approved by the Portal Manager. In this process, the stages take place in the following order;
- When the requests are created, they are in Waiting status.
- If Portal Manager approves the subscription request, its status is displayed as Approved or as Rejected if it rejects.
- If the request is rejected, it continues to be displayed as Waiting by the user.
- If the request is approved and the user's subscription request status is changed to Disabled, the subscription process will be suspended. A disabled subscription request status can be changed back to Approved by saying Enabled.
- If the account/developer cancels their subscription, the status will be Unsubscribed.
