The Support Packages page on the API Developer Portal allows users to view their current and past support packages and provides the option to select new support packages.

This page is designed to streamline the support processes, allowing users to easily access the packages they need and track the status of their packages in real time. Users can view the details of their active support packages through the page.

Available Support Package

Lists the support packages that users can purchase and have not yet requested.

Current Package

Displays the active support packages that users have requested and been approved by the admin.

Expired Support Package

Lists the expired and no longer available support packages.

The user selects the package they want to use, and the package enters a pending approval status. Then, the API Developer Portal admin approves the request, allowing the user to acquire the relevant package.
