Support Packages
The support packages to be published on the API Portal and their contents are managed through this screen.

To define a new support package, click the create button, and the features of the support package are entered through this screen.

Field | Description |

Name | Represents the specific name of the package. |
Description | Provides information about the package content and the services it offers. |
Price | Shows the cost of the package. |
Unit | Specifies the time unit. |
Interval Amount | Defines the range in which the package is valid. |
Package Feature | Lists the features and types of support offered by the package. |
