The Report Generator screen generates reports that run queries on the logs at certain times and send the query results to the desired action.
Creating a Report

Description
Query
Which query to run for the report is specified in this section. Ready-made queries that have already been created can be used. If the existing queries do not have a configuration to contain the desired result, a new query can also be created on this screen.
Filter
Which filter to run for the report is specified in this section. Pre-created ready-made filters can be used. If the existing filters do not have a configuration to contain the desired result, a new filter can also be created on this screen.
Report Fields
When the report is to be generated, which fields kept in the logs should be included are selected in this section. Thus, unnecessary data is prevented from appearing in the report.
Environment
It can be checked in this section whether the desired result is obtained by running the report.
Schedule
How often the report will run is set in this section. Pre-created preset timers can be used for this setting. If the current timer does not meet the expectations, a new timer can also be created on this screen.
Action
Where to send the result of the report is set in this section. For example, when the e-mail connection is selected, the report result is sent to the specified users by e-mail.
Retention For Results
How long the logs of whether the report is working or not is set in this section. Values; It could be 1,5 or 10 days.
The maximum result size that can be sent to an action in a report is 25MB.

The instantly tested query result can be exported as Excel for detailed examination.
Viewing Current Report Detail
When the current report is generated, a screen appears showing the running status of the actions linked to the report.
