Administration > Portal > Support Packages > Support Package Feature page is the area where service features that can be added to support packages are defined and managed.

This page is used to define the standard support services that will be offered to the user when creating support packages. The features defined here will appear as a selection list in the “Support Package Feature” section when a new support package is created.

When you want to create a new feature, you create it with “+ create”.  Its description and usage are below.

StepDescription / Process

Name 

  • The name of the feature. It should be short and descriptive.

Description

  • Detailed description of the feature
  • Explains to users what this service provides.

Example: “Email Support provides support via email with response times within 24 hours.”

The features defined on the Support Package Contents page (24/7 Support, Code Support, Phone Support, etc.) are presented as a selection list in the “Support Packages” section when creating a new support package. You can customize your package by selecting multiple features as needed. For information on using the Support Packages page, please refer to the Support Packages documentation.


Defined contents are listed on the Support Packages page, and one or more contents can be added to the created support packages. A sample screenshot is provided below.
