On the Support Packages page of the API Developer Portal, users create requests for the support packages they wish to use. You can visit the Support Packages page  to see how requests are handled.

The API Developer Portal admin manages the requests received from users through this screen.

If the admin approves the user's request for the support package they wish to use, they select the Approve option. If the admin does not wish to approve the support package, they select the Reject option.
