Accounts/Developer registrations created for logging into the API Developer Portal are listed on this screen. On the Accounts/Developer registrations page, you can manage developer registration requests using the Developers tab and application requests using the Applications tab. When automatic approval  is disabled, all registration requests must be manually approved from the Access Requests page.

A visual of the Account/Developer screen details is provided below:

Manage Account/Developer access requests

To approve or reject access requests, go to the Accounts/Developers page in the Portal section:

  • Find the developer request you want to view.
  • From the menu at the end of the row, select the Edit or Delete buttons. Within the Edit button, activate or reject the account status using the enable button.

The three available options are described below:

  • Activate: Approves the developer access request. The developer can log in to the API Portal and will be visible on the Developers page in Apinizer.
  • Reject: Rejects the developer access request. Rejected developers are removed from the request list and cannot submit another registration request.
  • Delete: Deletes the developer access request. A developer can submit another registration request. To prevent a developer from submitting requests, you need to disable their access.

For details on the Accounts/Developers page, you can refer to the Accounts/Developers Documentation.

Revoke Access

Revoking access prevents a developer from registering for access again with the same email address, as long as the revoked request is not deleted.

To revoke a developer’s access, follow these steps on the Accounts/Developers page:

  • Find the developer whose status you want to change.
  • Click the Edit button from the menu at the end of the row and disable the Enable button from the content menu.

This action can be reversed by reactivating the Enable button.

Delete a Developer

A deleted developer must re-register and request access and approval. Deleting a developer removes everything they own, including their applications. To delete a developer, go to the Accounts/Developers page and follow these steps:

    • Find the developer whose status you want to change.
    • Select Delete from the content menu at the end of the row for the developer you want to remove.
